Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service (support@thebalmhome.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds cover the price of the returned item(s) only and do not include the original shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience; however, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For shipping we offer Route to help manage lost, damaged or stolen goods while in transit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
